You can use this email address to contact the Switch migration team for the following purposes:

1. Book a 1:1 planning session with Switch
2. Request support or ask coordination questions regarding your migration case
3. Share your planned migration/rebuild window (used for billing alignment, coordination and bonus validation)
4. Submit your final confirmation to close the migration case

Please send an email to Engines2Cloud support containing at least the following data:

What to include in your email (for use cases 1-3 above):

• Source Project Name (SWITCHengines project)
• Target Project Name (Switch Cloud project, if already known)
• Any special requirements or constraints, e.g.:
  • Use of special flavors
  • Very large volume (e.g. more than 10 TiB)
  • Critical services or short downtime windows
• Desired migration/rebuild timeline
  • Include estimated switch-over date/period if possible
• Planned strategy: Rebuild/Auto-Migration.

For final confirmation (use case 4):

Simply send us a short confirmation stating that your migration/rebuild is complete. Please add your decommission request number, source and target project name. No technical details are needed in that case.
