Show the Organisation's Billing Reference and Email

The billing reference and invoicing email are now displayed on the organisation settings page, alongside the billing address. This information can be updated by submitting a request through the existing billing address change feature within the Portal.

Small Enhancements and Bug Fixes

  • Bug: Unable to save quotas when current limits are outside the allowed range: Fixed a bug that prevented users from saving quota changes if an existing limit was set outside the user settable range.
  • Bug: Transferred Compute resources remained visible in the source project: Resolved an issue in the Compute service where images and volumes continued to appear in the source project after being moved. Transferred resources are now correctly displayed only in their new destination project.
  • Bug: Billing data discrepancies across different views: Fixed an issue where billing data varied depending on the retrieval method used: billing tab in project view, organisation view, API, or reports.
  • Bug: Multiple accounts on services linked to a single user: Resolved a conflict that allowed multiple accounts on services to be linked to the same Portal user.
  • Enhancement: Improve traceability of deactivated service instances: The system now records the deactivation date of service instances to provide better traceability for audit logs and billing purposes.
