Portal 1.3
Project Settings Page
We’ve introduced a Project settings page, designed as the central hub for configuring project features. From this page, you can currently update project details, activate or deactivate services associated with your project, and archive your project when it's no longer needed.
This is just the beginning, as this new page lays the groundwork for many future enhancements. We plan to extend it with additional configuration options, such as network management and policy controls, offering you greater control over your resources.
Servers and Volumes Lists for Compute Service Instances
In addition to the existing listings for networks and roles, you can now view lists of a Compute service instance's servers and volumes directly from within the Portal. This provides a clear overview of your active, billable Compute resources without needing to navigate to the Horizon dashboard.
We’ve also implemented an important safeguard to protect your infrastructure: Compute service instances can no longer be deleted if they have active servers or volumes. This ensures critical workloads are not accidentally removed and makes managing your Compute environment more resilient against user errors.
