Organisation members

Organisation members are users who are invited at the organisation level and granted full administrative rights. They can view and manage all projects and resources within the organisation.

The first organisation member is added during the onboarding process. From there, existing organisation members can invite others, giving them the same level of access and responsibilities.

Important

Organisation members have full visibility and control across all projects and services under the organisation. Invite only users who require this level of access.

Invite a New Member

As an organisation member, you can invite new members to your organisation.

  • From the sidebar menu, select Members.
  • Go to the Members tab.
  • Click Invite member.
  • In the pop-up window enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  • Click Invite to send the Invitation.

The invitee will receive an email with an invitation link to join the organisation.

Invitation Flow and Rules

Navigate to Members > Invitations tab to view and manage invitations.

  • Expiration: Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted.
  • Resend: If an invitation expires, you can resend it from the Invitations tab.
  • Revoke: You can revoke a pending invitation, invalidating the invitation link.
  • Duplicate Invitations: Only one invitation may be in the pending state for a given email address. You cannot send another until it is revoked, expired or failed.

Delete an Organisation Member

As an organisation member, you may remove any organisation membership except your own.

  • Navigate to Members > Members tab.
  • In the table, find the member you wish to remove.
  • Click Remove on the right in the member's row.
  • In the pop-up window you will be given the option to also remove their memberships from all projects within the organisation.
  • Click Remove member to confirm your choice and finalise the removal.

The removed member receives an email informing them of their removal from the organisation and any associated projects.

Important

Removing a member at the organisation level immediately revokes all their privileges, including access to all organisation projects, where they are not added as a member.
