How do I access Switch Cloud Observability?

You need to use your Switch edu-ID connected to your Switch Cloud Portal account.

I receive an error 'user does not exist' on login – How can I provision my user?

After your user account is created in Switch Cloud Portal and you've been granted permissions on an organisation or a project, it can take up to 10 minutes for your account to be provisioned in Switch Cloud Observability.

How much historical data can I access?

Currently, the service is limited to displaying the last hour of metrics.

Why can't I see my newly created projects and service instances?

It takes up to 10 minutes for your resources to be provisioned in the dashboards after the activation of a service in the Switch Cloud Portal.
